We are WannaCall Ltd ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in the United Kingdom at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, Company Number 13112226.
We operate the website https://wannacall.com (the 'Site'), the mobile application WannaCall (the 'App'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and WannaCall Ltd, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting the updated version here, or on the date we notify you by email, as stated in that message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

1. Services
WannaCall Ltd provides its services in accordance with UK law. The platform is intended for use within jurisdictions where such access is lawful. If you choose to access WannaCall from outside the UK, you do so at your own initiative and remain solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. We do not guarantee that our services are appropriate or available in all locations, and we disclaim responsibility for any consequences arising from unlawful use in foreign jurisdictions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with WannaCall, including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is owned or licensed by us. These rights are protected under copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws worldwide.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes or internal business use. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the services or content without our prior written consent. Requests for permission should be directed to contact@wannacall.com.
If permission is granted, you must clearly identify WannaCall Ltd as the owner or licensor and retain all copyright or proprietary notices. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
3. User Representations
By using WannaCall, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update it as necessary.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
- You will not access the services through automated or non-human means (such as bots or scripts).
- You will not use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Your use of the services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
4. User Registration
Certain features may require registration. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We may reclaim or alter usernames that we deem inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Purchases and Payment
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe and must be made in Sterling Pounds. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including valid payment details, and to keep this information updated. Failure to do so may result in transaction delays or cancellations.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases made through WannaCall are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting or compiling data from the platform without authorization.
- Attempting to gain sensitive information from other users.
- Circumventing or interfering with security features.
- Harassing, impersonating, or threatening others.
- Using the services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Disrupting or overburdening the platform or its networks.
- Submitting false reports or abusing support channels.
- Engaging in conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. User Contributions and Submissions
If you submit content (such as text, audio, video, or feedback), you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share it. Contributions must not infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy, or contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
By submitting content, you grant WannaCall a license to access, store, process, and display it in accordance with our Privacy Notice. You retain ownership of your contributions, but you agree not to pursue claims against WannaCall regarding their use. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used freely by WannaCall without compensation.
9. Reviews
We may provide areas within the platform where users can leave reviews or ratings. Reviews must reflect genuine, firsthand experiences and must not include offensive language, discriminatory remarks, references to illegal activity, or misleading statements. Coordinated campaigns to influence reviews, whether positive or negative, are not permitted.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion. Reviews are the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of WannaCall Ltd or its affiliates. By posting a review, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute the content of your review.
10. Mobile Application License
When you access WannaCall through our mobile app, we grant you a limited, revocable license to install and use the app on your personal devices. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
If you download the app from Apple or Google Play, you agree to comply with their usage rules. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support or warranties for the app. Warranty claims are limited to a refund of the purchase price, if applicable.
11. Social Media Integration
You may choose to link your WannaCall account with third-party accounts such as social networks. By doing so, you authorize us to access and display content from those accounts in line with your privacy settings. Your agreements with third-party providers govern your relationship with them, and WannaCall is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content.
12. Service Management
We reserve the right to monitor activity on WannaCall, restrict or disable access, remove excessive or burdensome content, and take legal action against violations of these Terms.
13. Privacy Notice
Your use of WannaCall is subject to our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the services, you agree to the Privacy Notice.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable law. If terminated, you may not create a new account under your own or another name. We may pursue legal remedies in addition to termination.
15. Modifications and Interruptions
We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. While we strive for continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or errors.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. If you reside in the EU, you retain consumer protections granted by your local laws. Disputes may be brought in UK courts or in the EU country where you reside.
17. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal negotiations. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration, seated in the UK, in English. Class actions and representative claims are not permitted. Certain disputes, such as intellectual property claims, may be brought directly in court.
18. Corrections
From time to time, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information at any time, without prior notice.
19. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Your use of the Services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WannaCall Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or linked websites. We are not responsible for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in content.
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from use.
- Interruptions or transmission failures.
- Viruses or malicious code introduced by third parties.
- Losses arising from reliance on posted content.
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for products or services advertised by third parties through the Services. Exercise caution and good judgment when engaging in transactions.
20. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WannaCall Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WannaCall Ltd, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services.
- Breach of these Terms.
- Violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property.
- Harmful acts toward other users.
We may assume the defense of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully.
22. User Data
We may retain data you transmit to the Services for operational purposes. While we perform routine backups, you are responsible for your own data. We are not liable for loss or corruption of data, and you waive any claims arising from such loss.
23. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that electronic signatures, contracts, and records satisfy legal requirements for written documentation. You waive any rights requiring original signatures or paper records.
24. Age Restrictions
WannaCall is designed for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By registering or using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.
25. Content Moderation and Enforcement
Because WannaCall facilitates live conversations and user interactions, we reserve the right to monitor activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. While we are not obligated to review all content, we may remove, restrict, or block any material that we deem harmful, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values of the platform. Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent account termination, or referral to law enforcement authorities.
26. Appeals Process for Account Suspension
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may submit a written appeal to support@wannacall.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice. Appeals must include your account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the suspension was unwarranted. We will review appeals in good faith, but our decision shall be final.
27. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, app distributors, and social media platforms. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. WannaCall Ltd is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, and any disputes with such providers must be resolved directly with them.
28. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain user data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@wannacall.com. Certain information may be retained in backups or archives for a limited period, even after deletion requests, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
29. Force Majeure
WannaCall Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
30. Beta Features and Experimental Services
From time to time, we may introduce beta features or experimental services. These are provided "as is," may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may not be as reliable as core features. By using beta features, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
31. Automated Access and Bots
WannaCall is built to foster genuine, human-to-human conversations. To protect the integrity of the platform, you agree not to access or use the Services through automated means, including but not limited to bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or other non-human tools. Automated access is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material violation of these Terms.
In particular, you must not:
- Deploy software or devices designed to interact with the Services without human involvement.
- Use automated tools to create accounts, send messages, or perform actions on behalf of a user.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Services, whether for commercial, research, or personal purposes.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication systems, or other technical safeguards.
- Employ bots or automation to impersonate users, manipulate reviews, or interfere with conversations.
We reserve the right to monitor traffic and activity to detect and prevent automated access. Any violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, as well as potential legal action.
32. Acceptable Use Policy
In addition to these Terms, users must comply with WannaCall's Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out our community guidelines and our expectations for respectful communication, appropriate behavior, and responsible use of the platform. Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and may be updated periodically.
33. Ownership of Conversations and Recordings
All live calls, chats, and interactions facilitated through WannaCall are intended for private use between participants. Users may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share conversations without the express consent of all parties involved and WannaCall Ltd. Unauthorized recording or distribution constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and legal action.
34. Fraudulent Activity
You must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity on WannaCall. This includes impersonating celebrities or experts, misrepresenting your identity, or attempting to scam other users. Accounts found to be engaging in fraud will be terminated immediately, and WannaCall Ltd reserves the right to report such activity to law enforcement authorities.
35. Advertising and Sponsorships
WannaCall may display advertising, sponsorships, or promotional content within the Services. By using the platform, you acknowledge that such content may appear and agree not to interfere with, block, or manipulate advertising features. Sponsored sessions or promotional events will be clearly identified, and users may not misrepresent or exploit such opportunities.
36. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
All payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, WannaCall reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account until the matter is resolved. You agree to cooperate with us and the payment processor to resolve disputes in good faith.
37. International Use and Export Controls
WannaCall is operated from the United Kingdom but may be accessed globally. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. You may not use the Services in countries subject to UK, EU, or US export controls or sanctions. By using WannaCall, you represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction and are not listed on any government sanctions list.
38. Accessibility
WannaCall strives to provide services that are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies, we cannot guarantee full accessibility across all devices, browsers, or third-party integrations. Users are encouraged to contact us with accessibility concerns so we can continue to improve.
39. Data Processing Agreement
If WannaCall processes personal data on behalf of businesses, partners, or other third parties, such processing shall be governed by a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") consistent with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The DPA will define the scope, nature, and purpose of processing, the types of personal data involved, and the obligations of both parties. WannaCall Ltd acts as a data processor only where explicitly agreed, and otherwise acts as a data controller for user data.
40. User Responsibility for Devices
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, operating systems, and internet connections when accessing WannaCall. WannaCall Ltd shall not be liable for breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss resulting from insecure personal devices, outdated software, or compromised networks.
41. Prohibited Use for Illegal Transactions
You may not use WannaCall to facilitate or promote unlawful transactions, including but not limited to money laundering, trafficking, fraud, or other criminal activity. Any account found engaging in such activity will be terminated immediately, and WannaCall Ltd reserves the right to report such activity to law enforcement authorities.
42. Termination for Non-Payment
If WannaCall introduces subscription tiers or paid services, failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances, and WannaCall reserves the right to pursue collection through lawful means.
43. Compliance with Telecommunications Regulations
Because WannaCall facilitates voice and video communications, users must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. You may not use WannaCall to bypass lawful restrictions, intercept communications, or otherwise misuse the platform in violation of telecom standards.
44. User Feedback and Feature Requests
Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests submitted to WannaCall shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. WannaCall Ltd may freely use, modify, and implement such feedback without obligation to compensate or credit the user.
45. Account Transfer Restrictions
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to another person or entity. Any attempt to do so will be considered a material breach of these Terms.
46. Compliance with App Store Policies
Users must comply with all applicable Apple App Store and Google Play policies when downloading or using the WannaCall mobile application. WannaCall Ltd shall not be liable for violations of app store rules by users, and reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach such policies.
47. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent. Where necessary, a court or tribunal may modify such provision to the minimum extent required to render it enforceable, while preserving the intent of the parties.
48. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from WannaCall Ltd. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
49. Waiver
Failure by WannaCall Ltd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of WannaCall Ltd.
50. Notices
All legal notices or communications required under these Terms must be delivered in writing to WannaCall Ltd at legal@wannacall.com. Notices to users may be delivered via email, in-app notifications, or other reasonable electronic means.
51. Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not create rights or benefits for any third party. No person or entity other than you and WannaCall Ltd shall have any right to enforce these Terms.
52. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with WannaCall Ltd on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings against WannaCall Ltd.
53. Limitation Period
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of WannaCall must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. After this period, such claims shall be permanently barred.
54. Electronic Signatures and Acceptance
By registering for or using WannaCall, you consent to the use of electronic signatures, records, and communications. Your acceptance of these Terms through clickwrap or similar mechanisms constitutes a legally binding agreement.
55. Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and WannaCall Ltd. You agree that you are acting solely as an independent user of the Services.
56. Survival of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination of your account or cessation of use of the Services. These include, but are not limited to, clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, and ownership of contributions.
57. Compliance with Local Taxes
You are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes, duties, or levies arising from your use of the Services, including VAT, sales tax, or similar charges, as required by law. WannaCall Ltd may collect such taxes where legally obligated.
58. Beta Features Liability Waiver
In addition to Section 31, you expressly waive any claims against WannaCall Ltd arising from the use of beta features or experimental services. Such features are provided without warranty, and WannaCall shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by their use.
59. Law Enforcement Cooperation
WannaCall Ltd may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and disclose user data when legally required or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of WannaCall, its users, or the public.
60. Governing Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or inconsistency.
61. Headings
Section titles and headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
62. Change of Control
In the event that WannaCall Ltd undergoes a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other change of control, these Terms shall continue to apply to the Services, and your rights and obligations shall remain binding upon any successor entity.
63. Jurisdiction and Venue
In addition to Section 16 (Governing Law), you agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
64. Notice of Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you through email, in-app notifications, or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
65. Third-Party Links Disclaimer
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that WannaCall Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external sites, and that inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
66. Final Provision
These Terms represent the complete and final understanding between you and WannaCall Ltd regarding your use of the Services. No oral or written statements, promises, or representations made prior to or contemporaneous with these Terms shall alter or amend their meaning. By continuing to access or use the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
